Hello, my name is Michelle. I’ve been part of the Essex community my entire life. I’m born and raised right in the junction and as an adult, I’ve decided that the junction is a wonderful place to raise my own children. I am married to my husband, Brigham. Together, we have three teenagers and two Boston Terrier-Pug mix dogs. I enjoy traveling, baking, muscle cars and creating memories with my family and friends. 

 

I have been doing hair for 15 years. When I was a child, I loved going to the salon or barbershop with whoever would take me. I enjoyed the environment and was fascinated by the employees. I went to an Aveda Institute where I graduated with a Spa certification in Cosmetology. Before I became one of the owners of Park street Kuts, my business partner and I worked together at another salon for many years. We finally made the jump to open our own salon and to bring the community our version of what a salon or barbershop should be. 

 

We focus on inclusivity within the family. We thrive to be the salon the entire family takes a trip to at the same time. I am a Master Cosmetologist and colorist. I am talented at doing men's cuts. I am highly skilled with children that require special attention due to their needs. My favorite is when I get to have creative freedom and work within a client's budget and vision to create something they can't stop touching. Please don't hesitate to come visit me behind the chair.

Michelle is a master cosmetologist. She is great with curly hair, all colors, perms and all cutting techniques with the entire family.
