Hello, my name is Michelle. I’ve been part of the Essex community my entire life. I’m born and raised right in the junction and as an adult, I’ve decided that the junction is a wonderful place to raise my own children. My family and I are involved in the community in many ways. I am married to my husband, Brigham. Together, we have three teenagers and two Boston Terrier- Pug mix dogs. I enjoy traveling, baking, muscle cars and creating memories with my family and friends. 

 

I have been doing hair for 15 years. When I was a child, I loved going to the salon or barbershop with whoever would take me. I enjoyed the environment and was fascinated by the employees. I went to an Aveda Institute where I graduated with a Spa certification in Cosmetology. Before I became one of the owners of Park street Kuts, my business partners and I worked together at another salon for many years. We finally made the jump to open our own salon and to bring the community our version of what a salon or barbershop should be. 

 

We focus on inclusivity within the family. We thrive to be the salon the entire family takes a trip to at the same time. I am a Master Cosmetologist and I had my Educator's license for a duration of time. I am highly skilled with children that require special attention due to their needs.
